Sevelus-Metsa is not one place, but many! Certain forests of the world have a very dense, rich amount of ethereal energy as evidenced by the thickness of the tree trunks and canopy. These places are home to the small, fairy-like beings called the Sivian.

Sevelus-Metsa is connected throughout Sereth by a network of spiritual portals that only the Sivian and other beings highly connected to the spirits (such as the Araurans and Kazegans) could access. With the spirits mysteriously losing their connection to the physical plane, the Sivian have been slowly dying off. Their numbers have dwindled from millions to only a few thousand remaining.
